2009 White House Easter Egg Roll

Want to get tickets to the White House Easter Egg Roll? Apparently, this year for the first time ever you can buy the tickets online.

I have never been but this seems like alot of fun!!

The Easter Egg Roll started in the late 1800's and children roll the egg down the White House Lawn. It looks like this year there will be alot of other interesting events and activities as well like live music and cooking classes.

HOT New Game Product

A company named Palto Alto has come up with a product called Onlive. This streams video games over your TV from a box that sits on top of your television. It looks like a DVR, and the article I read says it acts like a DVR because you can rewind the game 7 seconds and go back.

I think it is cool because you don't have the buy game discs anymore, you would just start playing the game right when you choose it, you don't even have to wait for it to download. However, you do have to have a high speed Internet connection.

I was wondering when someone would come up with a product like this!! TOO COOL!!

Valerie Bertinelli on Cover of People

This morning the TODAY show revealed Valerie Bertinelli was on the cover of the latest PEOPLE
magazine in a bikini. Valerie has used the Jenny Craig diet system to drop over 50 pounds.
Now at 48 years old she shows off her new body on the cover of the magazine.

I think she looks amazing and I figure Eddie Van Halen is probably sorry he let her get away now.

I'm so proud of her for keeping the weight off for over 1 year, but you have to wonder if the
photo has been airbrushed like most models on the front of magazines. It is probably no secret
that the abs and thighs are always touched up a little.

I will have to read the article, but hardly anyone achieves a body like that by diet alone. I'm sure she has a very good and probably expensive personal trainer.

Marcus Jordan

Marcus Jordan son of Michael Jordan led his high school Whitney Young to championship this past weekend. He scored 19 points during the game, the score ended in a 69-66 Victory over the other team.

It is said that Michael Jordan left the game in tears. Marcus shot four for four on free throw attempts in the last 3 minutes of the game.

Has Marcus Jordan picked a college yet? Marcus has an older brother Jeff Jordan that plays for the University of Illinois, and I have read Marcus is considering either Illinois, Florida, Iowa, Miami or Michigan State.

West Side Story Broadway

West Side Story is based on a book written by Arthur Laurents, which is based on William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.

It is set in New York's West Side, also know as Hell's Kitchen. Hell's Kitchen is the area between Clinton and Midtown West. Also known as a neighborhood in Manhattan between 34th and 59th street, and from 8th to the Hudson River. Not to be confused with the show "Hell's Kitchen" by Gordon Ramsey.

West Side story's original Broadway production was released in 1957 and has been performed for audiences all over the world. It's longest running show was in London and spawned the 1961 film release.

West Side Story has been performed in almost every high school. Who hasn't sat through a production at your local school as the two teenage gangs, Tony who belongs to the American gang falls in love with Maria, the sister of the rival Puerto Rican gang's leader.

The "NEW" West-side story has been re-released by the 97 year-old author. The show offers two songs produced completely in Spanish and is said to be very violent when compared to the original.

The new show leaves the critics unimpressed. From the customs to the scenery, they seemed to be very disappointed.

But despite the unfavorable reviews audiences should find it enjoyable. To read more about what the critics are saying...
